It has good bending resistance, extreme wear resistance, and an air dry density of 0.68~0.77g/cm3. Good drying performance, good adhesive, paint, and waxing performance. Due to the tendency to dull the knife due to silicon content, it is necessary to wear a mask during processing to prevent silicon containing powder from entering the lungs and causing silicosis. Cutting is difficult during processing. Due to its excellent grip and comprehensive performance, it is recognized as a precious tree species worldwide.

Myanmar teak has a golden brown color and a strong decorative texture. Furniture made from it has minimal shrinkage and clear textures, making it brand new and without any sense of obsolescence even after hundreds of years.
