Teak is a tropical tree species that requires a relatively high temperature. It is commonly found vertically in low mountains, hills and plains below 700 to 800 meters above sea level. It has good drying performance and excellent adhesive, paint and waxing properties. However, due to the presence of silicon, it can easily blunt the tool, making it difficult to cut during processing. It has excellent nail-holding capacity and good overall performance.

The outstanding quality of teak makes it widely used in furniture, flooring and solid wood home decoration. Teak strips are also one of the most commonly used materials in teak customization. The processing and customization process of teak wood strips is not very complicated. It mainly consists of four steps: cutting the raw wood - sawing the wood boards - slicing the wood boards - natural drying. It is worth noting that if there are requirements for the grain of teak, the direction of the wood grain must be accurately identified in advance when cutting the logs. 

After the teak strips are cut, they need to be naturally sun-dried to turn the color golden yellow. However, during the sun-drying process, it is necessary to control it well. If the sun-drying time is insufficient, the color will not come out. If it is sun-dried for too long, it may cause the teak strips to crack.
